As part of our Board initiative to enhance the investor experience for Senior Citizens, a Senior Citizens investor cell has been newly formed within KFINTECH to assist exclusively the Senior Citizens in redressing their grievances, complaints and queries.

The special cell shall closely monitor the complaints coming from Senior Citizens through this channel and handholding them at every stage of processing till closure of the grievance.

The Senior Citizens wishing to avail this service can send the communication with the below details to the email id, senior.citizen@kfintech.com . Senior Citizens (above 60 years of age) have to provide the following details :

What is IEPF?

If any individual has not claimed dividends given on the Indian equity shares held by them for seven consecutive years, then the Issuer company must transfer those shares and the dividend money to Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF), managed by Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA). However, an individual can claim back those shares and dividends from MCA by following an online claim process.

Special window for re-lodgement of transfer requests of physical shares :

Pursuant to SEBI circular dated July 02, 2025, a special window only for re-lodgement of transfer deeds, which were lodged prior to the deadline of 1 April 2019 and rejected/returned/not attended to due to deficiency in the documents/process/or otherwise, will be available till 6 January 2026. Re-lodged documents completed in all aspects must be lodged with the Company/RTA on or before 6 January 2026. No re-lodgement will be accepted after the said date. During this period, the securities that are re-lodged for transfer shall be issued only in demat mode subject to compliance with due process for such transfer-cum-demat requests.
